20th journey: dew drops (20esimo viaggio: gocce di rugiada)

Have you ever wondered what are the dew drops and where they come from?
(Vi siete mai chiesti cosa siano le gocce di rugiada e da dove vengano?)

Among the fairies there is a legend: the Night and the Day are two tender lovers that can be together only during eclipses.
(tra le fate c'è una leggenda: la Notte e il Giorno sono due teneri amanti che possono stare insieme solo durante le eclissi.)

Their love for some strange reason was cursed, but there is a moment in which the two can hug each other again :
(il loro amore per qualche strana ragione è stato maledetto, ma c'è un momento in cui i due possono di nuovo riabbracciarsi:)

This moment is the Sunrise, the moment that follows the middle of the night and comes first the rising of the sun.
(questo momento è l'Aurora, l'attimo che segue la notte fonda e che precede il sorgere del sole.)

Unfortunately the Sunrise is not only the time when Night and Day come together, is also the moment in which they must say goodbye again.
(purtroppo l'Aurora non è solo il momento in cui notte e giorno si incontrano, è anche il momento in cui devono dirsi di nuovo addio.)

And so, moved by this farewell the Sunrise cries and her shining tears land delicately on the leaves, on the flowers, and on all the nature still asleep.
(E così, commossa da quest'addio l'Aurora piange e le sue lucenti lacrime si posano dolcemente sulle foglie, sui fiori, sulla natura ancora addormentata.)

When the Sun rises, touched by the kindness of Sunrise, warms her transparent tears with its rays and from these a small and sweet fairy comes into the world . . .
(quando il sole sorge, commosso dalla bontà di Aurora, riscalda le sue lacrime trasparenti con i suoi raggi e da queste nasce una piccola e dolcissima fatina.)

It's an old legend but teaches us that even in the darkest moments something nice and bright can always be born. . .
(è una leggenda antica ma ci insegna che anche nei momenti più bui qualcosa di bello e luminoso può sempre nascere. . .)

I hope that my legend has brought a little sunshine in your heart and help you in times of distress.
(spero che la mia leggenda abbia portato un pò di sole nel vostro cuore e che vi aiuti nei momenti di sconforto.)

the little fairy's name is Luce. She, the mouse and the mushroom are in polymer clay, the leaves instead are a creation of my friend Graziella Bottero, thank you Graziella!!! I love them!!
(il nome della fatina è Luce, sia lei che il topo che il fungo sono in pasta polimerica, mentre le foglie invece sono una creazione della mia amica Graziella Bottero che ringrazio tanto!! Le adoro!!)

Puppy Sophie ( La cucciola Sophie )

Hello :)  this time I show you my last commission: a pug puppy :)

The girl who commissioned her loves the melancholy of the animal glance and I hope I could be able to do it.
(la ragazza che me l'ha commissionata ama lo sguardo malinconico degli animali e spero di esserci riuscita)

Her name is Sophie and like all the animals needs a lot of love
(Il suo nome è Sophie e come tutti gli animali ha bisogno di un sacco d'amore)

le pagine sono tratte dal numero 36-37 della rivista italiana "La Bacchetta Magica" e sono così belle che volevo condividerle con voi!!

19th journey: Celandine and the blackberries (Celandine e le more)

Do you know the reason why the blackberries can be red or deep purple?
(Sapete perchè le more possono essere di colore rosso o viola scuro?)

Once upon the time, a little fairy named Celandine, who had the task of painting the blackberries with red color, suddenly finished it.
(tanto tempo fa, una piccola fatina di nome Celandine, che aveva il compito di dipingere le more con il rosso, improvvisamente terminò il colore.)

But the blackberries to paint were still so many . . .
(ma le more da dipingere erano ancora così tante . . .)

Then, the little Celandine had an idea:
(Allora, la piccola Celandine ebbe un'idea:)

"I'll paint the remaining blackberries with deep purple color!"
("dipingerò le restanti more con il colore viola scuro!")

After finished the work the happy fairy looked at the result, but she realized that something was wrong . . .
(a lavoro terminato la fatina contenta guardò il risultato ma si accorse che qualcosa non andava . . .)

The blackberries began to quarrel:
(Le more cominciarono a litigare:)

"I'm more good!" - said the red blackberry
("Sono più buona io!"- disse la mora rossa)

"not true! I'm the juiciest!" - replied the deep purple blackberry
("no! Io sono la più succosa!" - rispose la mora viola scuro)

The quarrel became high pitched until Celandine, desperate, decided to taste the one and the other to decide the tastier.
(la lite divenne sempre più accesa finchè Celandine, disperata, decise che avrebbe assaggiato l'una e l'altra e avrebbe deciso chi fosse la più saporita.)

The blackberries let Celandine taste them and waited anxiousely for her response . . .
(Le more lasciarono che Celandine le assaggiasse e aspettarono ansiosamente la sua risposta  . . .)

 
Celandine, then, said that they were both delicious because that was not the colour or the appearance to make the difference, but what you have inside.
(Celandine, allora, disse che erano buonissime sia le more rosse che le viola scuro perchè non era il colore o l'aspetto esteriore a fare la differenza, ma ciò che si ha dentro.)

The blackberries of different colours became friends and from that day they are both red and deep purple.
(le more di colore diverso divennero amiche e da quel giorno esse possono essere o rosse o viola scuro.)

Fairies makeup and magic

Do you know that fairy bunnies go to school too?
(sapevate che anche i coniglietti fatati vanno a scuola?)

and they like it very much!
(e la amano davvero!)

They want to understand our languages to being more intimate with us
(vogliono cercare di comprendere il nostro linguaggio per esserci più amici)

they study math, art . . . everything can be useful to understand human beings better
(studiano matematica, arte . . . qualsiasi cosa che possa aiutarli a capire meglio gli esseri umani)

and if we'll help them to study?
(e se li aiutassimo?)

maybe you can be thier teacher too, they would be very grateful :)
(potresti essere il loro insegnante anche tu, ne sarebbero davvero riconoscenti)

I enjoyed so much doing this little rabbit, expecially his mortarboard :)

Shooting stars fairy bunny - dreams collection (il coniglietto delle stelle cadenti - collezione dei sogni)

What do you do when you have an important wish?
(cosa facciamo quando abbiamo un desiderio importante?)

You wish upon a star
(lo affidiamo alle stelle)

but when this star is so far and it seems our wishes cannot reach it,  a little fairy bunny catches its dust when it falls down
(ma quando queste sono troppo distanti e sembra che i nostri desideri non riescano a raggiungerle,un piccolo coniglietto fatato cattura la loro polvere quando esse cadono  )

and bring it to us
(e la porta quaggiù da noi)

to make our dreams come true.
(per far sì chei nostri sogni si avverino)

The next time you see a shooting star
(la prossima volta che si vede una stella cadente)

 let's think that a fairy bunny is catching its colorful magic dust
(pensiamo che un coniglietto fatato sta catturando la sua colorata polvere magica)

and that he will bring it to us in our dreams . . .gently as a caress
(per portarcela mentre dormiamo . . . gentile come una carezza)

I start this fairy bunny collection that I will call "The shooting stars fairy bunnies - dreams collection" and this little one is just the first :)
