The Flowery Path of Junipers...(La via fiorita delle Ginepre)

This morning, returning home, I made a strange encounter 

(Questa mattina, tornando a casa, ho fatto uno strano incontro...)

I saw in a rose field a little Mrs Mouse murmuring something ,a little worried

 (ho visto una piccola topina in un campo di rose mormorare qualcosa, un pò preoccupata)

So I decided to get closer  very slowly to not scare her 

(così ho deciso di avvicinarmi piano a lei per non spaventarla)

the little Mrs Mouse became aware of my presence, but instead of running away as I thought she came closer to me quietly

(la piccola Topina si è accorta della mia presenza ma invece di scappare via come pensavo si è avvicinata tranquilla)

-"good morning dear!"- she told me ("Buon giorno cara!" mi ha detto)

-"oh...Good morning"- I said a little confused ("oh..Buon giorno" - risposi un pò confusa)

-"please my dear...do you know how can I get to -The Flowery Path of Junipers-?"- she asked 

("per favore cara...sai come posso arrivare al - Sentiero Fiorito delle Ginepre-?" mi domandò)

-" The Flowery Path of Junipers...?"- I asked in my turn

("Il sentiero fiorito delle Ginepre?"- chiesi a mia volta)

-"oh yes Dear..I'm looking for the house of a precious friend..Mr Brown...He is waiting for these apples that I took for him

("oh sì Cara...Sto cercando dove abita un mio prezioso amico, Mr Brown...Sta aspettando che gli porti queste mele che ho colto per lui)

Indeed, at her feet was a small basket full of apples. 

(infatti, ai suoi piedi c'era un piccolo cestino pieno di mele)

-"I'm very sorry...but I don't know this path..." 

("mi dispiace molto, ma non conosco questa strada..")

-"well..don't worry sweetie, I will look by myself" - told me the little mouse smiling 

("oh bhè, non preoccuparti tesoro, la troverò da sola"- mi disse la topina sorridendo)

-"Do you want one?"- She asked indicating the apples in the basket

("Ne vuoi una?"- mi chiese indicando le mele nel cestino)

-"oh..no no, thank you!"- I replied

("oh..no no grazie!"- risposi)

After smiling again, the little mouse began to walk ,looking around 

(dopo avermi sorriso di nuovo, la topina cominciò a camminare guardandosi attorno)

-"please!!"- I called her... 

hearing my voice the Mouse turned

("Mi scusi!!" la chiamai...

sentendo la mia voce la Topina si girò)

-"What's your name?" - I asked

("Qual è il vostro nome?"- le domandai)

-"I'm Mrs Ella dear...see you"- she told smiling 

("Sono la Signora Ella cara...ci vediamo"- mi disse sorridendo)

and then she went away...

(e poi andò via..)

"What a strange meeting..." I thought....

("che strano incontro.." pensai...)

I wonder if at the end, she could find "The Flowery Path of  Junipers" she was searching for.....

(mi chiedo se alla fine sia riuscita a trovare il "sentiero Fiorito delle Ginepre" che stava cercando..."
